Three years ago, a gluten free menu at a restaurant was almost unheard of, but now with the growing presence of gluten allergies/sensitivities, gluten sensitive menus are much more common. Yay for us GF people!
Anyone who is gluten intolerant will tell you that going out to any restaurant (unless 100% GF) is a risk. There is always a risk of cross contamination unless there is a separate kitchen devoted to gluten free items.
For me, I have had a positive experience at the following restaurants in the Phoenix area:
