Having stomach trouble? Heartburn, upset stomach, and other symptoms?
Here are some homeopathic remedies that I have come across from family and friends that are supposed to help with gut issues.

Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar – Pour 1 -2 tsp into warm water and mix with some honey. It will help settle your gut. It sounds awful, I know, but it actually takes pretty good with the honey.
Manuka Honey – This specific kind of honey is from New Zeland. It is said to have antibacterial qualities and helps fight against bacterial infections and inflammation. Who knows for sure, but it sure tastes good! 🙂
Kombucha Tea – they claim that kombucha tea “can stimulate the immune system, prevent cancer, and improve digestion and liver function”
Mastic Gum – Made from the Mediterranean Mastic tree, Mastic Gum is said to, “Mastic is used for stomach and intestinal ulcers, breathing problems, muscle aches, and bacterial and fungal infections. It is also used to improve blood circulation”
In addition to the four items above, try these foods:
- BRAT diet (Bananas, rice, apples, toast) – if you can handle that, try the following
- Cranberry: Eat, drink, or take supplements
- Honey (see the Mastic Honey bit above)
- Probiotics (yogurt, miso, buttermilk)
And avoid these:
- Coffee/Carbonated drinks
- Spicy Foods
- Raw Coco
